Fitness Class Instructors & Class Descriptions
Kelli Lindsey – Kelli has been teaching Group Fitness classes for over 7 years. She started out with Golds Gym and is currently teaching at the MegaFitness Gym 24/7 location. Over the past 8 years, she has been the Water & Land Fitness Instructor for a vacation resort in North Myrtle Beach. She teaches a variety of classes from Pilates, Water Exercise, Water Tai Chi, Body Sculpting, Power walks, Ab Classes & Zumba. She takes high energy & enthusiasm into every class she teaches. Kelli looks forward to meeting, inspiring and motivating you!
Pump It – A full body workout too music using barbelled weights…an intense action packed hour of fun, fitness and results.
Butt & Gut – Done too music, it is a challenging yet fun 45 minutes plus workout that targets tightening & Toning your lower body.
Sharon Kaminski – Sharon is a certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA and a certified Personal Trainer through IFTA. She has been teaching Pilates, group fitness and dance for over 10 years. She enjoys teaching and helping people become more aware of their bodies. Her enthusiasm for fitness came from her passion for dance. Sharon holds a BA in Dance from Point Park University and has been performing professionally for 20 years. When she is not teaching, you can see her dancing at the Alabama Theater in the “One” show.
Pilates – Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, long lean muscles, strength and endurance. It also helps improve posture and relieves unwanted stress and tension. Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century and is still very popular today. It can be modified or intensified depending on the individual, so all ages and levels are encouraged to participate.
