Kelli Lindsey – Kelli has been teaching Group Fitness classes for over 13 years. Over the past years, she has been the Water & Land Fitness Instructor for a vacation resort in North Myrtle Beach. She teaches a variety of classes from Pilates, Water Exercise, Water Tai Chi, Body Sculpting, Power walks, Ab Classes & Zumba. She takes high energy & enthusiasm into every class she teaches. Kelli looks forward to meeting, inspiring and motivating you!
Boot Camp – Using body weight exercises with interval and strength training. For all fitness levels.
Pump’n It – A full body workout to music using barbell weights…an intense action packed hour of fun, fitness and results.
