Jason Raposo -W.I.T.S. Certified Trainer, CPR/AED Certified. NPC Mens Physique Competitor and 1st place at the RX Muscle Classic for Men Physique in June 2013. Jason has 8 years of Fitness experience. He believes listening and understanding the client’s goals and aspirations are critical to developing a plan to help them transform not only their bodies but also their minds in the effort of achieving life alterning results.
Sharon Kaminski – Sharon is a certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA and a certified Personal Trainer through IFTA. She has been teaching Pilates, group fitness and dance for over 10 years. She enjoys teaching and helping people become more aware of their bodies. Her enthusiasm for fitness came from her passion for dance. Sharon holds a BA in Dance from Point Park University and has been performing professionally for 20 years.
